Grand Theft Auto IV for PC?

Ok so GTA IV came out in United States on April 29,2007 for Playstation 3 and XBOX 360 and there are rumors going around that GTA IV will also come out for PC in October 2008. This is not yet confirmed so don't believe everything you read about it yet. It will probably come out for PC but nobody knows for sure yet.
