Ok so you enabled browser lock on your DS Browser and you haven't been using it for a while and can't remember the password. How can you use it again?
Its very simple, when you turn on your DS hold L + R + X + B + UpArrow + Select and select DS browser while holding those buttons. You will be able to use it again but all settings and all the information saved will be lost including bookmarks.
